The following principles summarise the core obligations and expectations that apply to all 399bey users. The full legal text for each area is set out in the sections below.

Full Terms

1. Definitions

In these Terms, the following definitions apply unless context requires otherwise:

• "Platform" means the 399bey website at 399bey.app and all associated services, games, and features.
• "Account" means the registered user account created by a player to access the Platform.
• "Player" / "You" means any individual who registers an Account or accesses the Platform.
• "We" / "Us" / "399bey" means the operator of the Platform.
• "Funds" means real-money balances held in a player's Account wallet.
• "Bonus Funds" means promotional credits awarded subject to wagering requirements.
• "KYC" means Know Your Customer identity verification procedures.
• "BDT" means Bangladeshi Taka, the currency used for all transactions on the Platform.

2. Acceptance of Terms

By creating an Account on 399bey, you confirm that: (a) you are at least 21 years of age; (b) you are accessing the Platform voluntarily and for personal entertainment purposes only; (c) you have read and understood these Terms in full; (d) you are not acting on behalf of any third party; and (e) you are not located in a jurisdiction where online gambling is unlawful. These Terms constitute a legally binding agreement between you and 399bey and take effect from the moment your Account registration is completed.

3. Account Registration & Eligibility

To register an Account, you must provide accurate, current, and complete information including your full legal name, date of birth, residential address, and a valid contact method. You must not:

• Register more than one Account per person, household, device, or payment method.
• Provide false or misleading information during registration or at any subsequent point.
• Register an Account on behalf of another person.
• Register if you have previously had an Account closed by 399bey for a breach of these Terms.
• Register if you are a current employee, contractor, or close relative of a 399bey employee.

399bey reserves the right to request documentary evidence of identity, address, and source of funds at any time. Failure to provide satisfactory documentation within the period specified by our support team may result in the suspension of your Account and the withholding of pending withdrawals pending verification.

4. Identity Verification (KYC)

All players are required to complete KYC verification before their first withdrawal is processed and, in certain cases, before higher deposit limits are unlocked. Acceptable documents include a National Identity Card (NID), passport, or driving licence for identity, and a utility bill or bank statement dated within the last three months for proof of address. Documents must be clear, unedited, and in colour. 399bey may require additional documentation at its sole discretion. All personal data collected during KYC is handled in accordance with our Privacy Policy.

5. Deposits

Deposits may be made using bKash, Nagad, Rocket, Upay, Visa, and Mastercard. All deposits are denominated in BDT. The minimum deposit amount is ৳200 unless otherwise stated on the cashier page. 399bey does not charge fees on deposits; however, your payment provider may apply their own transaction charges. Deposits must be made from a payment account that is registered in your own name. Third-party deposits are not permitted and will be refunded minus any applicable processing costs.

6. Withdrawals

Withdrawals are processed to the same payment method used for the original deposit wherever technically possible. The minimum withdrawal amount is ৳500. Withdrawals requested before KYC verification is complete will be held in a pending state until all required documents have been reviewed and approved. 399bey targets a processing time of 5–30 minutes for bKash and Nagad withdrawals under normal operating conditions, though this is not guaranteed and may be extended during periods of high demand, system maintenance, or where additional verification is required.

• Withdrawal requests may be subject to a maximum daily or weekly limit as displayed in the cashier section of your Account.
• 399bey reserves the right to conduct enhanced due diligence on any withdrawal request before processing.
• Withdrawals of Bonus Funds are not permitted until the applicable wagering requirement has been met in full.
• In cases of suspected fraud or money laundering, withdrawals may be suspended indefinitely pending investigation and referral to relevant authorities.

7. Bonuses & Promotions

399bey offers various bonuses and promotional offers to eligible players. All bonuses are subject to the specific terms communicated at the point of the offer, including wagering requirements, minimum odds restrictions, eligible games, and expiry periods. General bonus rules that apply to all offers unless stated otherwise:

• Welcome bonuses are available to new players only and can be claimed once per person, household, device, and payment method.
• Bonus Funds must be wagered the stated number of times before any withdrawal of winnings derived from those funds is permitted.
• Free spins winnings are typically subject to a wagering requirement of 30x unless the offer states otherwise.
• 399bey reserves the right to amend, suspend, or withdraw any promotion at any time without prior notice.
• Any attempt to abuse bonus terms — including but not limited to opening multiple accounts, using bonus funds for arbitrage betting, or exploiting promotional loopholes — will result in the cancellation of the bonus, forfeiture of derived winnings, and may result in permanent Account closure.

8. Game Rules & Betting Markets

All games available on 399bey — including slots, live casino tables, and sports betting markets — operate according to the individual rules displayed within each game or market. Players are responsible for familiarising themselves with the applicable rules before placing real-money wagers. In the event of any technical malfunction during a game round or the settlement of a betting market, 399bey reserves the right to void the affected round or bet and return stakes to the player. Winnings arising from a known or suspected game error may be voided at our sole discretion.

9. Responsible Gaming

399bey is committed to promoting responsible gambling. Players can set daily, weekly, or monthly deposit limits, loss limits, and wager limits through the Responsible Gaming section of their Account at any time. A self-exclusion option is also available, allowing players to block access to their Account for a chosen period. Once a self-exclusion is applied it cannot be reversed until the selected period has fully elapsed. 10. Prohibited Conduct

The following conduct is strictly prohibited on the 399bey platform:

• Using automated software, bots, scripts, or artificial intelligence to place bets or interact with games.
• Exploiting software errors, glitches, or vulnerabilities for financial gain.
• Colluding with other players in poker, live casino, or any other multi-player game format.
• Engaging in any form of money laundering, including depositing funds and withdrawing without genuine gambling activity.
• Sharing your Account credentials with any other person or allowing any other person to use your Account.
• Making any false, misleading, or fraudulent representation to 399bey staff.
• Placing bets on behalf of a third party using their funds through your Account.

Breach of any of the above prohibitions will result in immediate Account suspension, forfeiture of Account balances, and may be reported to the relevant law enforcement authorities in Bangladesh.

11. Intellectual Property

All content on the 399bey platform, including but not limited to software, design elements, graphics, text, logos, game assets, and data, is the intellectual property of 399bey or its licensed third-party suppliers. You are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable licence to use the platform for personal entertainment purposes only. You must not copy, reproduce, distribute, publicly display, or create derivative works from any content on the platform without prior written consent from 399bey.

12. Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, 399bey shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising from your use of the platform, including loss of profits, loss of data, or service interruptions, even if 399bey has been advised of the possibility of such damages. Our total aggregate liability to you in connection with any single claim arising from your use of the platform shall not exceed the total amount deposited by you in the 30-day period immediately preceding the event giving rise to the claim.

13. Privacy & Data Protection

399bey collects, processes, and stores personal data in accordance with our Privacy Policy, which forms part of these Terms by reference. By creating an Account, you consent to the collection and use of your personal data as described in the Privacy Policy. You may request access to, correction of, or deletion of your personal data by contacting our support team. Certain data may be retained as required by applicable law or for legitimate business purposes including fraud prevention and anti-money laundering compliance.

14. Amendments to These Terms

399bey reserves the right to amend these Terms at any time. Material changes will be communicated to registered players via the email address associated with their Account or via a prominent notice on the platform at least 7 days before the changes take effect. Your continued use of the platform after the effective date of any amendment constitutes your acceptance of the revised Terms. If you do not agree with the revised Terms, you must close your Account before the effective date.

15. Governing Law & Disputes

These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with applicable laws. Any dispute arising from or in connection with these Terms or your use of the platform that cannot be resolved through our internal complaints process should be escalated in writing to [email protected]. 399bey will endeavour to respond to all formal complaints within 14 business days. Players who remain unsatisfied with the resolution of a formal complaint retain the right to seek further redress through applicable legal channels.
